We will never know everything about a client’s business but that doesn’t mean we don’t try. Our first order of business is to immerse ourselves quickly to learn as much as we can. Further, we study the client’s competitors to verify points of difference and potential points of leverage. And we continually ask questions – we make no excuses for continually improving our knowledge base about our clients and the market(s) they compete in.
From there we work together to develop a strategic, chronological plan of action designed to forward the client’s business goals. Included is a clear definition of goals and what defines success. Success today doesn’t necessarily spell success tomorrow. The relationship is in constant review to ensure our continued and valued relevance. |
